How quickly can you come out for a repair?
We offer appointments throughout the week with four time blocks available: 7am-9am, 8am-11am, 11am-2pm, and 2pm-5pm. Call us at (952) 476-5935 and we'll get you scheduled.
What brands do you service?
We service all major appliance brands including LG, GE, Samsung, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Maytag, Electrolux, Bosch, Sub-Zero, Thermador, and many more. Our technicians hold factory certifications from multiple manufacturers.
Do you offer warranties on your repairs?
Yes. All repairs where a part is installed come with a 1-year parts and labor guarantee on the original repair. Our service call is warrantied separately for 30 days. Warranty visits within 30 days of the original repair have no service call charge. For warranty visits scheduled more than 30 days after the original appointment, a service call/trip charge applies.
How much does a typical repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the appliance and the issue. We provide upfront estimates before any work begins — no surprises. Full payment is required on the day of service.

Do you offer maintenance plans?
Yes — our Annual Appliance Maintenance Plan is $199.95 per year and covers up to 8 household appliances. Includes refrigerator and freezer condenser coil cleaning, dishwasher filter cleaning and drain inspection, fireplace gas leak and safety inspection, garbage disposal test, manufacturer recall checks, and priority scheduling on all future service calls. Maintenance visits are scheduled February through April.
